| It is clear this constitution is flawed. It gave rights to each group that was involved in a horrible and bloody civil war. At the time everyone wanted that war to end. Finding a means to an end meant creating a document that guaranteed to recognize each faction. Minorities were not on the radar at the time. Jews are not the only minority in Bosnia. The fact that they are now working to rectify this injustice speaks to their positive initiative. Doing so in the court system makes the legal ruling that much more effective. |
