By Tom Segev : Israel considered two-state solution just after Six-Day War

Title:They were clearly talking about an apartheid solution

As historians will clearly recognize, this support for a "two-state solution" is the same as Israel`s current support for the same idea: the "Palestinian state" will be a bantustan created to control Israel`s "demographic problem", which will ultimately be dependent on Israel, be a source of cheap labor, and be a disconnected and unsovereign ghetto.
Most revealing part: "Who determines that?" asked Eshkol. Rabin answered: "We do."
That`s not independence and self-determination for Palestinians, as called for by the UN charter. Its apartheid.
