| Sometimes the mark of a true friend is one that tells you what you need to know and not what you want to know. As Israelis we can scream unfair until we are blue in the face but we cannot ignore that the momentum of history as it stands today demands a Palestinian State in the same way that in 1948 that same momentum demanded the establishment of a Jewish State.The Arabs of 1948 ignored that momentum and paid the price by landing up with nothing - if we ignore the current momentum a similar price will be paid. |
