Obama basically denied and ignored the history and ties of the Jewish people in the land of Israel. He prefers to view it as a refuge for persecuted Jews, and one of the last bastions of 20th century colonization, created because of Bible stories.
Since Israel is not an authentic nation in Obama`s mind he sees no conflict or problem in reducing it at Arab and Palestinian demand, because it is only the equivalent of a wildlife refuge.
Israel must find new friends in America and the world as a result. There is nothing to expect from Obama. |
