Just give ALL people living in Gaza, Israel, and the West Bank full and equal voting rights within the Israeli government. It`s called democracy.
Hold new elections 2 months from today for every single government position with EVERYONE being allowed to vote equally regardless of race or religion. Done.
Unfortunately the idea that most the Israelis think when they think 1-state solution is to have one state, but deny the right to vote for certain offices based upon the race and/or religion of the voters. That isn`t democracy. That`s the A-word. (Can`t say the actual word, cuz posts with the actual A-word rarely get posted...) |
