| All, Obama never once mentioned terror, terrorism or normalization. It`s obvious that Hamas has to give up violence. After all, he is talking about peace. On the other hand, listen to the wishful thinking in Israel. Obama never once mentioned normalization, only recognition of Israel`s legitimacy by the Arabs. The issue was a settlement freeze, yet Obama said `settlements must stop` and `America never accepted their legitimacy`. Does this mean Obama is proposing a forced withdrawal to `every inch of the 4 June 67` lines like the API. That is beyond even the Geneva initiative much less the Clinton parameters. Don`t forget, Abbass now says that Olmert offered him 97% of the WB, exchange of territory and part of Jerusalem. And rejected it. Obama said the Arab Peace Initiative is only the beginning, not the end. What does that mean? Maybe someone can clear this up? What did he ask of the Arabs? I didn`t hear anything? |
