| I certainly didn`t agree with every word of President Obama`s speech, but I was truly proud to have him representing our nation, and more hopeful regarding both U.S. foreign policy and Israelis` futures than I have been in some time. We can only hope and pray, for the sake of everyone involved, that the President stands firm on the settlements and the recognition of Palestine. I can say with confidence that there are many thousands of American Jews, myself included, who will have the his back when the myopic opposition starts screaming. |
