1 hamas abides by previous signed agreements, recognises israel and renounces terror. 2 fatah and hamas form a unity government. the unity government will re-affirm the principles of the quartet. 3 as soon as the above two paragraphs are agreed to, israel agrees to freeze settlements for a trial period of six months. 4 israel and the new palestinian government start negotiations on all core issues to the conflict. 5 israel and the palestinian unity government agree on final borders within six months while israel freezes settlements. 6 the arab league and its member states rescind their 1950 resolution whereby member states agreed not to accord palestinian refugees citizenship rights. 7 during this time period, the international community will help with economic and civil developments for the palestinians. 8 soldier gilad shalit will be released in exchange for a reasonable number of palestinians. |
