| Only the United Stats has prevented Israel from being subjected to the same sort of crippling sanctions the UN has imposed against Iran and North Korea. When Obama`s government announced it would continue to protect Israel from the world`s outrage, he capitulated to Netanyahu on everything. When one has to change the tire, and throws the jack away into the stormy night, one has given up the ability - and the right - to change the tire. And that is what Obama did today. He threw away the SINGLE form of power he had to influence Israel that could not be overruled by Congress. Obama has capitulated. So he, and his, should shut up. |
