There`s nothing defensive about it.
It is a provocation, obviously, because in not using nondescript descriptors for antagonists and defenders, say between the red team and the blue team.
Add in the timing with Lebanese elections, Obama`s Middle East speech, Iran`s elections, and this drill is all about intimidation and projecting "deterrence". |
