Actually this is a quote from another article in HaAretz, which I just responded to...same type of issue. Washington saying what can and can`t; what should or should not be done... but, hey...the quote fits here, too, So I used it.
How many other issues/ articles will it fit? Let`s see...if not today, tomorrow...
