In India... marriage is an obligation.. the girl`s parents have to pay drowry... Some indians say that caring for a daughter is like watering the neigbhours` garden... families with too many girls have very heavy financial burden...
In muslims communities mostly the parents arrange the marriages...sometimes when the children are very very little they have already assigned the future spouse..and that is not to be challenged...
There is no romance, love, friendship or anything the like involved... it is a sort of duty... |
