| Setting up other people as the enemy is pure government propa- ganda and indeed it`s caused by their imperialistic ambitions. People in of themselves are not natural enemies. In the US many different ethnic groups live together and there is not a police on the corner when needed. In fact, he has to be called if there is a problem. But there is nothing atypical about this Live and Let Live attitude either. Most animals don`t attack their own kind. Perhaps there are a few who do but most species don`t attack their own. That takes government programs and indoctrination programs like the army and security services, etc... People should move beyond their government and build a better life for themselves and their people as the US historian Howard Zinn ad-vises in his column. See the URL below.
