It is basically the same as Irene Kahn who is at AI and was at the UN. Unfortunately, there may be no "objective" source. Additionally, it is often difficult to determine the "precise" cause of death in urban warfare or any other engagement where high explosives are used by both sides.
In most Western societies, theses issues could be explored openly and fairly with a requirement of "truth" to determine what happened and who is to blame. It is called "Justice" and is often found in a court of law.
This type of report seems, more likely, a diversion from the cause of the war which was rockets fired constantly at Israeli cities and civilians. |
