Bibi quite understandably does not like the prospect of a total freeze. But Gazans, understandably are not happy about their inability to rebuild due to lack of cement and other building products. So? A perfect situation to do a little positive feedback, toward better stuff ahead.
Bibi sends a lot of cement to Gaza, and building begins. Of course, initially the lion`s share will go into quadruple reinforced rat holes underground, but hey... at some point, cement will get to the Gazans, who want only to get out of tents.
Meanwhile, perhaps a room could be added here and there in the Jewish communities for a new arrival.
