I traveled to Israel in 1981. Since then there has not been a wit of progress. How many generations of Palestinians have had their futures excised by this endless charade of phoney negotiations? This generation of leaders and opinion-makers - both foreign and domestic - needs to be judged harshly. They have been found wanting. In no small measure, the blight of terrorism has been fueled by this running sore. There is a solution, but those in power are not stepping up to the plate. A pox on their houses.
Thank you Gideon Levy. |
