| Bush`s letter was conditioned on good faith negotiations - never happened. The PA has dismantled the `terror infrastructure` where it is allowed to operate. When was the last attack from actual PA controlled territory? Why hasn`t the territory the PA is allowed to operate in been expanded? Why aren`t PA police allowed to pursue criminals into Areas B & C? Why isn`t the PA allowed to build courts and jails? In 2003 the Prime Minister made a promise to the President of the United States about settlement construction. Why is keeping that promise unfair? All Obama is asking is that the promises made by Sharon and Olmert and before them Netanyahu and Barak be kept for once, just for a short time, just until a peace agreement is negotiated and ratified. Why can`t Israeli politicians keep their word? Why is that too much to ask? |
