| Obama does not like being patronized, he knows he is the president of the most powerful nation in the world. He knows that the United States provides Israel with a great quantity of aid, and that without the support of the United States Israel would be in great peril. Furthermore, he knows that electorally he can loose Florida, and still be just fine. What is more, he has the upper hand logically: why should Israel have the right to keep confiscating land from the impoverished Palestinians? Here come the bogus lawyer-style arguments! |
