| "innocent-looking" loyalty pledges, curtailing freedom of speech construed as disloyal, etc...laws like these are always a step-stoning towards a racist nation. these are just the opening salvos against the Arab citizens of Israel which will lay the groundwork for future laws targetting them specifically. not to mention how this will forment nationalist fervor against the arab citizens of israel in the eyes of the jewish citizens. what a sad sad time for Israel...the nation is on an ugly path very similar to those other nations have followed which led to blatant mistreatment and discrimination against their jewish populations. |
