| It is clear the right wing in Knesset seeks to disenfranchise the Arab minority who are citizens of the state of Israel in every respect. These bills violate Israel`s Declaration of Independence which promises that the State of Israel "will ensure complete equality of social and political rights to all its inhabitants irrespective of religion, race or sex; it will guarantee freedom of religion, conscience, language, education and culture..." The rightists game, it appears, is to disenfranchise further Arab Israelis, so as to repress them all the more, resulting in civil unrest & a pretext for what? Expulsions? STOP THE RIGHT! |
