| I am a busy person and dont usually have time to write more than one post but Ian, I would have to point out to you, if a person killed someone close to you and they were caught in the act an with many witnesses to prove it. Then they were brought before a court of law and sentenced and punished accordingly. A little while later a stranger comes along and claims that person is innocent. He never saw it happen and has no facts other then a few scraps of hearsay. He then goes about town telling everybody that person is innocent and he knows it to be so. That cannot be defined as " freedom of speech" and you would have every right to stop him spreading gossip and lies. |
