| Aluf Benn dismisses without explaination, the possibility of Obama ordering an interception of an Iran bound Israeli attack. In fact, this is the most likely American response. If Obama publicly opposes the strike on Iran and then just allows the American forces to watch on radar as such a strike passes overhead, then he will be complicit in the attack and in whatever the fruits of the attack might be. He will have given up the initiative and become a clinger to the coat tails of Israel as it molds Americas fate as a byproduct of Israels self interest. This will all happen under very public, international scrutiny. This will not happen. The American jets will force Israels jets to turn around and go home. It will be vastly entertaining. |
