| The Geneva Initiative is a complete and detailed peace treaty but both sides seem to ignore it deliberately.Why? http://www.geneva-accord.org/ All issues:borders,refugees,Jerusalem and security have detailed solutions in this treaty. Thye could at least use it at basis for further negotiations if certain issues are not acceptable to either side. Eventually when and if a peace treaty will be signed between Israel and the Palestinians it will look pretty much like Geneva Initive anyway |
