It should be the priority of Israel to provide biological and nuclear shelters to the entire population. The entrances to these bunkers must be defendable from inside. I know too many poor people leaving Israel because only the rich have shelters in their houses.
The key to the survival of Israel is the ability for the population to survive a first strike. The promise of total retaliation and the obliteration of all arab populations within 200km of Israel must also be the reward for the arabs of such an attack. |
