There are many Homosexual artists that are very well appreciated in the USA. Elton John, Melissa Ethridge are just two examples. t is also wrong in my opinion to say that Americans voted for Kris` religious background.
Last year the favorite through all the season was a clean cut very young and very religious kid named David Archuleta but the guy with the bad boy of Rock and Roll image David Coock was the winner.
Since the second season of the American Idol there has been a block of people voting against Simon Cowell. In fact only a few weeks before Simon was warning Adam`s fans not to take his win granted and vote for him. It is possible that his efforts might have backfired.
However if Bradley Burston would like to analyze this from another angle I would say good try but I disagree. |
