Integration of teachers is long overdue. I might add that there are a small number of Jewish teachers and counselors working in the Arab schools today, too. My personal experience as a counselor in Bedouin schools has deeply enriched me. Sadly, there`s little true integration of Jewish and Arab pupils in this country either, except in the private sector. And the, these schools are easy to count off on 1 hand.
