| Differentiate and decide priority first. Which of the 2 below is chronically needed now? 1. Lack of teachers. 2. Integration of teachers from different backgrounds. As for English teachers teaching second language - Non- mother tongue english teachers make huge mistakes in fully understanding the english language and imparting its nuances to the students. Result is a low -level of understanding in todays Engineers and Graduates . Will only be solved with Quality mother -tongue English teaching. Apparentley not yet recognised by the Ministry of Education. HAL. |
