Get used to the idea Harel, that Jerusalem might serve as a capital of two states. That does not mean that our, Jewish, attachment will be lessened. If we get real peace through it, why should the Muslims not rule their holy places? I agree with Conor Dick that if you go by religion, there are others to whom Jerusalem is very special.
Also, please don`t speak in the name of "the majority" of Israelis. It`s typical for ideologues like yourself to think that they speak in the name of some majority. Even if you were right, majorities shift. You would be surprised to see how many people would jump on the bandwagon of a firm and secure peace even at the price of sharing Jerusalem. |
