It`s too bad that the report says nothing about income inequality. Where is the concentration of wealth in the city? What is the gap between the haves and the haves not? Just by casually observing the luxury apartment buildings and the high prices of rent in most buildings, including the average, one can suspect terrible stratification in the city. It seems this place is f..ked up in more ways than one!!
