Arab suburbs aren`t really accessible. They have little or no public transport; their roads are in markedly poorer condition; their municipal services are noticably worse than Jewish neighbourhoods. They are the equivalent of black townships in aparthied South Africa: a moral fig leaf showing that the city is multi-cultural.
