national security is a excuse always claimed by dictators since it can never be verified cowards would relent anyway since they want safety and any detractors would be called unpatriotic cowards or enemy supporters.
in short when a army ignores its courts its then that civil goverment ends and martial law and military power begin.
in the case of isreal it never was a civil democratic goverment but rather a military machine with little desert of voting |
