| IF true, this would be a MAJOR change in Egyptian policy. Egypt has been most scrupulous in it`s observance of the Egypt-Israeli Peace Treaty and attendant accords. If true, this account says that Egypt is willing to suspend Israel`s ability to control the Gaza border. In essence, Egypt is offering to break the blockade. This offer is not likely to have been made without the AGREEMENT or perhaps even the encouragement of the USA. |
