All these statistics and headlines are meaningless, unless we define what is a settlement and what is not.
Are all communities on the other side of the so called green line settlements. Pisgat Zeev, Mizrach talpiot, Har Homa, Jewish quarter/east Jerusalem, givat Zeev, Gilo. Or are we talking about communities isolated and deep inside the west bank.
