The sanctions to Gaza are in response to its holding of kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit and its continuing stocking and launching of Kassam missiles towards Israeli civilians. The author assumes that everybody knows the context (which would be naive), or by omitting the context aims to raise anti-Israel sentiment. |
