| From what I understand, the clause was changed by Fatah from their charter during the Clinton administration. And they`ve stated they recognized the Jewish state. With regards to the Saudi Peace Initiative, it`s my understanding that they want Israel to accept the premise of its content initially and come to the table, and then to make the exchanges in territorial areas which give the Palestinians the difference in return. President Abbas reiterated not a cm more not a cm less, but the same amount of territory. That certainly has to be negotiated. There`s no such thing as take the deal or leave it. |
