I sincerly believe that Hamas rulers want to keep the ruins for TV propaganda purposes.All the while they are transporting tons of explossives through the tunnels.
Trasporting cement would be a confidence building affair instead of smuggling explossives.We Israelis are quite attuned to confidence building messages.
Little hope for cement in Gaza.Tons of explossives are then and there discovered by the reluctant Egyptians.I suspect that those Egyptian discoveries are prompted by Israeli aerial photos that we send to Egyptians.If the stored stuff is too big to ignore....
