I am not sure you can forbid outright demonstrations. But I do think that as a government you can make sure that no public money goes into these demonstrations. You can force municipalities as well to not contribute to these events. You can also force Arab schools not to commemorate the event.
These are rational proposals that do not run against free speech. |
