It is not appropriate for Defense Minister to yield to a Court Order if the Order is detrimental to the security of the country.
The courts must abide by the superior ruling that any major decisions made must be in accordance to the preservation of the state of Israel.
Reason is that the removal of the outpost will inevitably increase the frequency of militant attacks against Israel. The outpost serves as a deterrent to the freedom of movement of the militants. |
