| Israel`s high court has never heard of "separation of powers." This is a principle which was established in one of the earliest US Supreme Court decisions, which is that the executive can issue orders and then decide not to carry them out. This is not a court matter, and not its jurisdiction. Israel`s high court has simply made itself the country`s Prime Minister. |
