| Wonderful article. Jews are more than elder brothers of christians, they are the founders of christianism!. They were the first ones to say love thy neighbour like yourself (which is central to christianism) and Jesus was a Jew himself. So I was pleased to learn that within the Catholic Church (which is sometimes not very open minded) there are people who are allowed to maintain their spiritual connections to judaism (even Torah observers!). It looks like a question of historical justice: jews founded christianism, let them somehow maintain their roots within christianism. |
