| Lives and limbs could have been saved had Israel provided this information earlier. Why it was not forthcoming is a question all decent Israelis should ask. It is not as if the story that Israel covered vast areas of Lebanon in cluster munitions - some of which may have been M692 or M731 `area denial munitions` - in the last days of the failed Second Lebanon War. |
