Amira Hass articles have been published in the Israeli press (Here at Haaretz) while she was reporting from Gaza. Many none Israeli reporters also report from Gaza and they are free to do so. Therefore there is no obstruction of freedom of press.
However Israeli laws forbid an Israeli to live in enemy states and right now Gaza is one of them. She is being charged for this not for her reporting.
An example of oppressing freedom of press could be: When the PM of a country goes public telling his nation not to buy certain papers or watch the media criticising his adeministration. As a Turk you must know Which PM and media outlet I am referring to. I am sure you have heard PM Erdohan telling his nation not to buy Hurriyet Milliyet and boycott Dogan Media.
