| No foreign journalists were permitted in Gaza during the Cast Lead "action" Now an Israeli journalist is arrested and "interrogated" for having the temerity to view and report Israeli actions in Gaza. If Israel has nothing to hide, as its spokesmen repeatedly insist, why does this restriction and intimidation of journalists persist? As to the law that makes it illegal for journalists to go to "enemy states", what other democracy would pass such a law? |
