It`s those who forget that they`re Jews who won`t, because they have no reason to. What is really happening is that the Chareidim are on their way to becoming true blue and white Zionists- because they know that they`re Jews, while certain other segments of the population who have jettisoned their Jewish identity also have no Zionist identity left. And since the religious as a whole have far more children- even than the Arabs, there`s no issue here.
