| Netanyahu and Lieberman have no interest in making serious concession for peace. They DO have an interest in getting the US to attack Iran. If Obama is stupid enough to accept Ross`s October deadline for Iran, then Netanyahu will think that all he has to do is stall on peace talks with the Pals until October, and then the US will be in conflict with Iran, the US`s interest in the Pals will decrease and Israel will have another 10 years to expand settlements and erode possibilities of a free Palestine. October`s only 5 months away. Netanyahu could stall for 5 years if he has to, so 5 months is no problem for him. |
