| One only has to watch he news out of SWAT Valley etc in Pakistan too understand that Hamas is not different to the Al Qaeda/Taliban elements. Of course, there cannot be a two State Solution for Hamas. Hamas has admitted, it will never surrender until Israel is destroyed. Period. Israel should learn from Pakistan. Cast Lead was a walk in the woods, compared to how the Pakistani Military are thrashing the Taliban. They are squeezed between the US Army and Pakistani Military. Hundreds of thousands of civilians have fled. The West, the UN, all sit quietly. No casualty figures are mentioned. No outcry. Meanwhile back in DC. The gracious Pres. smiles hoping for a victory. |
