| Hamas continues in its rigid ways to grasp at reasonable roads to ultimate peace. If it wants Palestinian statehood with Israel behind the 1967 borders, not the most unreasonable of demands, then it must recognize Israel as the second state. There is no other course that makes sense, even though netanyahu himself has not said he would accept a two state solution either. Lacking that the Jews and the palestinians would have occupy a single state, not a happy thought for either. Get with the program Hamas! |
