As you have made it crystal clear in your writing, the ME salvation can only be achieved by giving the Palestinians their rightful place and that means for Israel to go back to the old Green-line minus the Wailing Wall. By doing so, Israel is not doing any favor to the Pals but only accepting and respecting resolution-242 and cleanse itself from the moral swamp of the occupation.
Short of that, we are bound to see more Nations coming with their own Nuclear bomb. And with the recent discovery of weapon grade Uranium, it looks like Egypt is also eying to join the august Nuclear club. Then what for Israel! A yelling cry to bomb Aswan dam.
