| Settlements built without legal permit`s, even decided so by the IDF Civil Administration, while "illegal" Palestinian homes are being demolished just because the Israelis have designated them so. So who runs the show; the IDF, Israeli agencies, or the settlers? I don`t think anyone knows. |
