| There is every reason to trust that the US peace effort on the way is riding the global wave of hopeful expectation that was launched with Obama`s election. Call it the peace tsunami or what you will, but Obama was elected on a peace mandate in the hearts of practically the entire world`s population, and the peace in question is namely peace in the Middle East, the focus of global concern. So Obama has powerful backing in his correct initiatives now beginning to blossom like springtime flowers in Scandinavia. The Arab nations had nothing to gain by any conflict with Iran, but everything to gain by an Iran whose good will and peaceful behaviour can be won by decent and human treatment. Yes there are bad individuals and bad leaders. But nations are far more complex. Every "bad" nation of WWII came out as a boon to mankind, as the best in humanity in them were given leadership and freedom to thrive. Iran is no different than any other country.
